Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the pet care industry, is seeking a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern to join their team. As a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern, you will be part of the Global R&D Regulatory and Scientific Affairs (RSA) Team supporting regulatory compliance and scientific research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern

Location: This role is based in St. Louis, MO. It is open to remote work, but the position is local to Saint Louis, MO.

What's the Job?

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile and organize relevant information to support departmental tasks.
  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including applications, reports, and dossiers.
  • Assess opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of regulatory databases and documentation systems.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders to provide insights on regulatory and scientific matters.

What's Needed?

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Regulatory and Scientific Affairs.
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited science, communication, policy, or agriculture program, or pursuing a related degree.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks during Summer 2026 semester.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
