Job Description Job Description HVAC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform daily inspections of the entire facility. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building HVAC systems and equipment. Identify non-HVAC issues and arrange for the necessary repair work by third party contractors. First point of contact to respond to after hour/emergency calls and address property manager concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean Facility and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Required Skills : Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs. Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems. Ability to Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions. Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices. Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance. Must follow company safety policies and procedures Ability to handle physical workload Valid driver license Must be Drug free This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
