• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a remote work environment.
• Exhibit dependability and sound judgment while adhering to work schedules.
• Accurately gather and document pet medical histories while scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Meet set productivity and performance standards consistently.
• Exceed expectations by providing outstanding support to pet families and our veterinarians.
• Maintain punctuality and timeliness in all performance-related tasks, including attendance and break management.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as required to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
