Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with plant management to analyze performance, spot improvement opportunities, and influence decisions. Lead KPI performance management by designing, communicating, and tracking daily metrics that fuel continuous improvement. Drive financial performance by explaining operational levers and building ownership across the plant. Ensure financial integrity around inventory, capital assets, and operating costs—accurate, complete, and reliable. Own budgeting & forecasting in collaboration with plant leadership; deliver precise, high-quality projections. Analyze cost drivers & variances to provide clear, actionable insights into operations. Deliver timely, accurate reporting and lead the financial sections of monthly business reviews. Champion CAPEX governance—plan capital, track spending, and ensure timely asset capitalization. Strengthening processes by supporting continuous improvement and sharing best practices Maintain strong internal controls to reduce operational and fraud risks. Develop finance talent on site and build future leadership capabilities. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA a plus 7+ years of experience in managerial or cost accounting. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with MS Office. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Proven ability to analyze complex data, prioritize effectively, and stay highly organized.
